    I haven't or atleast I don't think Ive posted here since the change over but have been reading and keeping up with the board daily & your not alone srschirm, I to would love to see the old bbuzzoff back but I'm sure Jim will put together something as good or better.

    Regardless though it could be shity slow software thats pink and purple and as long as there is GT talk I'll be there..Thanks Jim for the heads up

    We're doing out best to make the new board look good as possible. One thing I can assure you is no purple or pink... and certainly no red. lol

    I liked the way it told you if you had posted in thread.. who was last to post in the thread.. and the "take me to latest post that i haven't read" link.. also the colors were way more gt than here

    The individual who is designing the new board is a graduate of the Georgia Tech Institute of Technology with a degree in Computer Science who is very experienced.

    We'll see if in the end a guy who went to a small liberal arts college in Ohio with an english degree (the guy who designed the old board) or a graduate of the Georgia Tech Institute of Technology's Computer Science Department knows more about software and programming.

    I'm betting on the Georgia Tech man, myself.

Although it doesnt necessarily take a great programmer to make a good messageboard for our relatively mediocre size fan-base... just someone dedicated to adding the functionality that we all want.. alot of times a cs guy from Tech can get bored and lose interest in creating something as simple as a messageboard... besides, why re-invent the wheel?

    Also liked that it was "simple" and my work did not block it like it does this onecry...not sure the exact reasons why it blocked this one and not that one as I am also not a technical person...business degree from a Georgia state university not named UGAg or Georgia Tech...lol.
