Yes, we can if we make it. The only thing that negatively impacted the football team is the vacating of the 09' ACC championship game. We can still be the 11' ACC champion. But yourself said their is a bias against Tech before this even began so I would think we would need to be 12-0 going into decision time for the BCS Championship game......all forthcoming of our 11' results

As it stands right now, no team won the 09' ACC championship game...clemson does not win on default has we are forfeiting the results of the game

if we go 6-6 the next two seasons for the same reasons we sucked last year, i'll go picket with you! but, it ain't gonna happen. we're gonna be better. especially in the 2012 season.

as to how CPJ is thinking right now, that's anyone's guess. his public comments don't lead anyone to believe he's pissed at D-rad or the institute nor looking to get the hell out. if we'd lost schollies, bowl possibilities, and were seriously hampered with recruiting restrictions i think he'd be much more inclined to look elsewhere. who wouldn't? but, that's not the case. he's not the kinda guy to see this probation as a roadblock to success but just one more mountain to climb in proving he's a superior head coach. unless a big-time program shows up on his doorstep offering him the world why would he leave? if anything, i think this program's gonna be so closely scrutinized by tech's internal folks and the NCAA he's not gonna have to worry about being blindsided by a major scandal.

as for radakovich, i think this is a serious blemish on an otherwise successful career. he was torn up over this in the presser yesterday. he choked up in embarrassment and shame and it wasn't for show. i don't think he's been rendered ineffective by this probation, but he's been seriously bitten. obviously, he still has the confidence of the president and athletic department or he would be gone. the bigger question is will his role in putting us in this position cause him to be ineffective with tech supporters and the public? i hear very few fans/supporters calling for his ouster--now. but, time well tell . . .

as for competing for div and conf championship i've seen nothing saying we can't. i'm sure that would have been listed as a specific bullet point of our probation.

I would hate to be on the same team(of any kind) with you. Teamwork means everyone should be pulling in the same direction. In the heat of battle some thing go wrong. The teams that survive are the ones that pull through together. I think Coach Johnson has done about as much with what he has anyone. Coach you have my loyalty and support. Go Jackets.

The scoring troubles were not because the offense failed. It was a case of butterfingers. We could run the ball all day. In fact, we were the best in the country at that. We just couldn't hold on to the ball.
